Nano-sized aluminum trioxide is also an excellent far-infrared emission material, which is used as far-infrared emission and thermal insulation materials in chemical fiber products and high-pressure sodium lamps. In addition, alpha-phase alumina has high resistivity and good insulation properties, which can be used in the main components of YGA laser crystals and integrated circuit substrates.
