Aluminum oxide thermal conductive powder

Application:
1, Thermal conductive plastics, adding alumina thermal conductive powder to make the thermal conductivity of polypropylene (PP).
The thermal conductivity of alumina /PP composites increases with the increase of alumina dosage.
2. The thermal conductivity of silicone rubber can be improved by adding alumina thermal conductivity powder, but the transparency of silicone rubber can not be affected. The thermal conductivity of silicone rubber can reach 1.48-2 W/(m K) with proper addition.
3. Thermal conductive adhesives, such as epoxy adhesive, epoxy resin, thermal conductive coatings, etc., adding alumina thermal conductive powder can make thermal conductivity up to 0.6 W / (m K) or more.
Addition: the recommended dosage is about 5-8%. The specific dosage is determined by the customer’s trial results.
