The special nano titanium dioxide T25Q produced by our company is used in automotive color-changing coatings. It has the obvious effect of different colors at different angles. The effect is equal to or even better than that of titanium dioxide used in automotive color-changing coatings made by Japan TTO-55 (D).

Nano titanium dioxide (nano TiO2) for color-changing coatings is a rutile-type nano-titanium dioxide with large specific surface area. It has good light scattering properties and very strong dispersion stress. T25Q is the indispensable pet of modern environmental protection and high-grade cars.

Operation description:

  1. Firstly, nano-titanium dioxide and butyl acetate, dispersant and acrylic resin for color-changing coatings are used in the following proportion:

Butyl acetate: nano titanium dioxide for Discoloring paints: dispersant: acrylic resin =8%:5%:1%:86%

2, mix evenly, grinding for 2-3 hours, make a spare slurry.

  1. Mix the automobile paint and the reserve slurry according to the ratio of 1:1, and brush the automobile surface directly.

Packing: 20kg/ barrel (lined with plastic bags)

Storage: Store in a cool and dry place, sealed and dampproof.
