Product application:

  1. Adding 2.0% nanometer titanium dioxide (T05) to rubber has the best antibacterial property, and the antibacterial rate can reach over 85%.
  2. Compared with the unmodified rubber, the silicone rubber with nano-titanium dioxide (T05) exhibited obvious irradiation resistance and decreased surface color deepening and surface crack damage after proton irradiation at the same energy and dose, while the mass loss rate increased, the heat resistance decreased and the shrinkage and expansion rate changed. The aging resistance of rubber has been greatly improved.
  3. Nano-titanium dioxide (T05) can improve the mechanical properties, tensile strength and tear resistance of rubber, and heat resistance of rubber. The swelling experiments showed that the swelling ratio of rubber decreased, the gel mass fraction and crosslinking density increased with the addition of nanoparticles.

Addition: 1-5% is recommended. Users can determine the optimum addition according to different systems through experiments.
