2, Heat-conduct rubber, the heat-conduct property of silicon rubber can reach to 1.48-2W(m.K) after adding the amount of Al2O3 powder, and the rubber could have good transparency after being added Al2O3 powder.
3, Heat-conduct adhesive such as epoxy resin, epoxy resin adhesive, heat-conduct coating, the heat-conduct property of them can reach 0.6W/(m.K) after added Al2O3 powder.
